Sail Design Shop ("we", "us") operates this website and provides sail design services. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

- Contact form: the name, email and message you submit when requesting a quote.
- Project data: measurements and details you send to prepare a sail project.
- Usage data: basic analytics — pages visited, approximate region, device type. We do not sell this data.
- Email outreach: if we contacted you by email, your business email and company name were obtained from publicly available professional sources.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare your sail project.
- To improve the website (aggregate analytics).
- To send relevant business communication. You can opt out at any time.
Legal basis
- Contract / pre-contractual steps: project data and contact-form submissions, to prepare and deliver your quote or sail project.
- Legitimate interest: business-to-business email outreach to sail lofts and professionals, using publicly available professional contact details. You can object at any time.
- Consent: where you sign up for a free sample or otherwise opt in directly.
Data retention
We keep contact and project data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it. Outreach contact details are removed on request or after a reasonable period of inactivity.
Cookies
This site does not currently use tracking or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, a cookie banner will let you accept or reject it before any such cookie is set. Sharing & international transfers
We do not sell your data. We use service providers (email hosting and web hosting) solely to operate the service; some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. We take reasonable steps to keep data secure with any provider we use.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and unsubscribe at any time — see Unsubscribe or reply "stop" to any email. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
